Example of “triggers” or opportunities for scheduling your mindfulness activity of choice

Mindfulness Triggers:

  • Mini reset between patient visits
  • Noticing you’re multitasking
  • Feeling pulled in multiple directions
  • Information barrage - ask team to let you complete one task before starting the next
  • Eating lunch


Michael Caçoilo - before I go to bed, I will spend 10 minutes practicing mindfulness

Ellen Brull- Mindfulness first thing in the am or at a minimum  before lunch every day for 10 minutes
