The Illinois Academy of Family Physicians (IAFP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Conference cancellation policy: 

You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by IAFP, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the event.
