IAFP Activities:
My favorite IAFP activity is Spring into Action. It’s so empowering to speak face to face with legislators about the system issues that impact my patients knowing I have the support of the IAFP.

About your practice or area of expertise:
I see patients at Esperanza Health Centers Brighton Park South, a teaching health center in Chicago. I’m a chair for the Illinois chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program. I’m the HIV Medical Lead at Esperanza. As a faculty member, I lead the advocacy and policy curriculum.
