Chronic pain patients are an ongoing challenge to treat effectively, given the wide variety of variables that can affect outcomes. Because of their experience with Continuity of Care, Primary care physicians are uniquely equipped to handle this population. This presentation is designed to equip PCPs with a streamlined approach to managing some of those variables.
