Join ICAAP, IAFP, and Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) staff for an informational session on Tuesday, November 10 at 12:00 p.m. to learn about upcoming changes to the DCFS’ child abuse and neglect hotline and the new SAFE Model in Illinois. The session will explain what pediatric mandated reporters need to know about the updated hotline process, how the SAFE Model supports decision-making and child safety assessments, and what to expect when making a report.
