The 2026 Family Medicine Midwest Conference is scheduled for Friday, September 11, through Saturday, September 12, 2026, at IU Indianapolis, Hine Hall & University Tower, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The theme is "Crossroads of Care: Family Medicine Leading the Way."
Registration to check in at the conference will open at 7:30 AM (ET) on Friday, September 11, and on Saturday, September 12, 2026. This event will generate a digital event pass (QR Code) for attendees upon payment. The pass PDF will automatically be attached to the event confirmation email, which you will use to check in at the registration desk.
Please see the conference schedule overview to help you start planning your experience. The conference will feature a dynamic mix of collaboratives, educational sessions, plenaries, posters, and networking opportunities designed to engage and inspire attendees throughout the day.
The conference will be held at Hine Hall (875 W North Street) & University Tower (911 W North Street), both in the center of campus. IU Indianapolis has parking garages and meter kiosks available on campus for visitor parking. Please visit the Parking and Transportation Services for more details on garage parking rates and short-term metered parking.

Registration for the conference closes at the end of the day on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Please note that a surcharge applies to all on-site registrations. We encourage early registration to avoid this additional fee and secure your spot. If you have a discount code, enter it in the Ticket Summary section, then click ‘Apply’ to redeem it.
