Objectives

Aligned physicians will be able to identify their own level of wellbeing and their natural skills to overcome burnout.

Identify areas where they are thriving in personal and professional duties and how to foster these growth areas.

Examine opportunities for growth and opportunities to harvest community support and fellowship to enhance these areas.

Demonstrate community support strategies that can enhance productivity and improve the quality of professional and patient interactions.

Communicate and Collaborate with key stakeholders and  interested parties.

Apply lessons learned to advance organizational initiatives.
