Foundation Spring Fundraiser Event
Beyond the Clinic: Explore, Create, Recharge
“Bowl of Light” - Recharge your Wellness Paint Night
Location: China Towne 4007 Yucan Dr. Springfield, IL 62711
Bowl of Light art therapy workshop session begins at 6:30pm
Session led by Janet Sgro MAATC, ATR-P Art Therapist, RX Art Therapy, Inc.
The "Hawaiian Bowl of Light" is a powerful parable about our innate spiritual essence; the parable emphasizes that we are inherently spiritual beings whose light can be blocked by life's challenges, but through conscious awareness and letting go we can reclaim our innate brilliance and walk a path of love and purpose. Paint, decorate, and take home your own Bowl of Light at the workshop.
$50 donation per person to the Family Health Foundation of Illinois, Inc. to participate in the Bowl of Light workshop.
Cost includes refreshments, workshop session and Bowl of Light supplies (donated by RX Art Therapy and China Towne).
Event will also offer a Silent Auction with proceeds donated to the Foundation. Auction Items include pottery and wine (non-alcoholic options also) from It’s All About Wine.
Foundation event hosted by Tabatha Wells, MD, board member of the Family Health Foundation of Illinois, Inc. and owner of China Towne.
If you are unable to attend, please consider donating directly to the Foundation here.
